Plated Dinner Options

 

All plated dinners are served with Chef's choice vegetable and starch, a house salad, rolls w/butter, and coffee or milk.

 

Chicken

Grilled Herb Chicken

A grilled chicken breast covered in roasted garlic and mushroom sauce.

 

Chicken Parmesan

A chicken breast with Italian breading, smothered with provolone cheese and sliced portobello mushroom, homemade marinara sauce, all served over pasta.

 

Chicken or Beef Stir Fry

Your choice of sliced chicken breast or steak stir fry with snap peas, mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers, and bean sprouts, served over white rice.

 

Chicken Cordon Bleu

A breaded breast topped with ham and Swiss cheese with your choice of hollandaise or mushroom cream sauce.

 

Chicken Fromage

A grilled chicken breast topped with bacon and blend of mozzarella, cheddar and provolone cheeses, finished with a creamy mushroom sauce.

 

Baked Herb Chicken

Two pieces of herb baked chicken.

Chicken Marsala

Sautéed chicken breast in marsala wine sauce, sautéed mushroom and green onions.

Mediterranean Salmon

Grilled salmon dry rubbed with Italian seasonings topped with tomato fresca, fresh basil, and crumbled feta served over fried spinach.

 

Citrus Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon dry rubbed with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic, topped with citrus-infused butter.

 

Herb Crusted Haddock

Herb breaded haddock baked in a white wine butter sauce.

 

Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp sautéed in garlic and white wine with tomatoes, mushrooms, and fresh basil served over linguini.

Pork Loin Dijonaise

Center-cut pork tenderloin medallions baked with a dijonaise sauce served over wild rice pilaf with chef's choice vegetable.

 

Stuffed Pork Loin

Pork loin stuffed with apple and pear stuffing topped with a delicate demi sauce.

Sicilian Pork

Center-cut pork tenderloin medallions with roasted peppers and onions, simmered in an italian bordaliase sauce.

Grilled and marinated Flank Steak

 

Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin

Dusted with coarse salt and cracked black pepper wrapped with bacon and topped with mushroom and scallion demi- glaze.

Portobello Mushroom Ravioli

Portobello mushroom stuffed Ravioli baked with mozzarella cheese and tossed in marinara sauce.

 

Pasta Primavera

Zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, and mushrooms sautéed in garlic and olive oil. Served over pasta and covered in a garlic cream sauce.

 

Ratatouille (Vegan friendly)

A stew of eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, and onion served over a bed of rice pilaf.

 

Cheese Tortellini

A mix of tomato, spinach, and egg tortellini tossed in alfredo sauce.

 

Butternut Ravioli with Maple Butter

Butternut squash stuffed ravioli topped with maple syrup butter sauce, a touch cinnamon, orange zest and spiced walnuts.

All dinner buffets are served with dinner rolls, coffee and milk.

 

Diplomats Buffet

Choose two entreés: Honey roasted ham, baked haddock in white wine sauce, sirloin tips, chicken (baked or fried), Sicilian pork, or barbeque ribs.

Choose one starch: Rice pilaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, parsley buttered baby reds, or garlic mashed potatoes

Served with: vegetables du chef, and pre-set tossed garden salad with house dressing, and pasta salad

 

South of the Border Buffet

Steak and chicken fajitas, pulled roast pork, hard and soft taco shells, roasted corn, Spanish rice, seasoned beans, taco tray and tortilla chips, taquitos, condiments and fruit tray.

Italian Buffet

Lasagna, grilled chicken breast, pasta with red and white sauce, vegetable du chef, Caesar salad, and breadsticks.

 

 

Prime Rib Buffet

Chef-carved prime rib and herb baked chicken, steamed broccoli, roasted baby reds with ranch seasoning and tossed garden salad with house dressings

Ginger shirmp and pineapple salad, Cantonese barbecue ribs, carved roast pork in cherry sauce, sweet and sour chicken and stir-fry vegetables, tropical fruit display and
