Plated Dinner Options

 

All plated dinners are served with a choice of vegetable and starch, a tossed salad, rolls w/butter, and coffee or milk.

 

Chicken

Grilled Chicken Breast w/Italian Herb Sauce

A grilled chicken breast covered in your choice of a roasted garlic and mushroom sauce or a tomato basil cream sauce.

 

Chicken Parmesan

A chicken breast with Italian breading, smothered with provolone cheese and sliced portobello mushroom, homemade marinara sauce, all served over pasta.

 

Chicken or Beef Stir Fry

Your choice of sliced chicken breast or steak stir fry with snap peas, mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers, and bean sprouts, served over white rice.

 

Chicken Cordon Bleu

A breaded breast topped with ham and Swiss cheese with your choice of hollandaise or mushroom cream sauce.

 

Chicken Fromage

A grilled chicken breast topped with bacon and blend of mozzarella, cheddar and provolone cheeses, and finished with a creamy mushroom sauce.

 

Chicken Normandy

A chicken breast smothered in brandy cream and apples.

Baked Herb Chicken

Two pieces of herb baked chicken.

Chicken Marsala

Sautéed chicken breast in marsala wine sauce, sautéed mushroom and green onions.

Mediterranean Salmon

Grilled salmon dry rubbed with Italian seasonings topped with tomato fresca, fresh basil, and crumbled feta served over fried spinach.

 

Citrus Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon dry rubbed with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic and topped with citrus-infused butter.

 

Pan Seared Walleye

Walleye pike fillet seasoned and pan-seared to perfection.

 

Herb Crusted Haddock

Herb breaded haddock baked in a white wine butter sauce.

 

Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp sautéed in garlic and white wine with tomatoes, mushrooms, and fresh basil served over linguini.

Baked Pork Chop

Thick center-cut pork chop lightly seasoned and baked to perfection.

 

Pork Loin Dijonaise

Center-cut pork tenderloin medallions baked with a dijonaise sauce served over wild rice pilaf with chef's choice vegetable.

 

Stuffed Pork Loin

Pork loin stuffed with apple and pear stuffing topped with a delicate demi sauce.

Sicilian Pork

Center-cut pork tenderloin medallions with roasted peppers and onions, simmered in an italian bordaliase sauce.

Sirloin Tips

Sirloin beef tips served over your choice of egg noodles or potatoes.

 

London Broil

A grilled and marinated flank steak.

 

New York Strip

Black Angus strip lightly seasoned and broiled to perfection.

 

Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin

Dusted with coarse salt and cracked black pepper wrapped with bacon and topped with mushroom and scallion demi- glaze.

Vegetarian Dinner Options

Portobello Mushroom Ravioli

Portobello mushroom stuffed Ravioli baked with mozzarella cheese and tossed in marinara sauce.

 

Pasta Primavera

Zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, and mushrooms sautéed in garlic and olive oil. Served over pasta and covered in a garlic cream sauce.

 

Ratatouille (Vegan friendly)

A stew of eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, and onion served over a bed of rice pilaf.

 

Cheese Tortellini

A mix of tomato, spinach, and egg tortellini tossed in alfredo sauce.

 

Butternut Ravioli with Maple Butter

Butternut squash stuffed ravioli topped with maple syrup butter sauce, a touch cinnamon, orange zest and spiced walnuts.

Chicken Tenders

3 chicken tenders with tater tots, apple sauce and juice or milk

 

Mac N' Cheese

Home-style macaroni and cheese with hot dogs, apple sauce and juice or milk.

 

 

 

Dinner Buffets

 

All dinner buffets are served with dinner rolls, coffee and milk.

 

Diplomats Buffet

Select two entreés: Honey roasted ham, baked haddock in white wine sauce, sirloin tips, chicken (baked or fried), Sicilian pork, or barbeque ribs.

Rice pilaf, vegetables du chef, and pre-set tossed garden salad with house dressing.

Vegetable pasta salad or fresh fruit salad.

Family Style Buffet

Select two entreés:  Honey roasted ham, baked haddock in white wine sauce, sirloin tips, chicken (baked or fried), Sicilian pork, or barbeque ribs.

Select one starch:  Garlic, oven-browned, or regular mashed potatoes, parsley buttered baby red potatoes, rice pilaf, scalloped potatoes, or seasoned rice

Selection one vegetable:  Belgium-glazed carrots, California blend, confetti corn, green beans with red peppers, green bean medley, Prince Edward blend, or Prince William blend.

Pre-set tossed garden salad with house dressing.

Gourmet Buffet

Italian blackened flank steak, Norwegian salmon in a dill butter sauce, and grilled chicken breast.  Steamed broccoli with hollandaise sauce or asparagus with bacon mornay. Crab & shrimp salad and exotic fruit salad.

Select one: Scalloped baked potatoes or rice pilaf.

Pre-set Caeser salad.

 

 

Prime Rib Buffet

Chef-carved prime rib, exotic fruit salad, steamed broccoli with hollandaise sauce, roasted baby reds with ranch seasoning and tossed Caesar salad.

Select one seafood entrée: Mahi Mahi with Malibu rum sauce, cajun catfish, or Chilean sea bass with chive butter sauce.

Select one salad: Mushroom & artichoke salad or tortellini salad.
