Plated Dinner Options


All plated dinners are served with Chef's choice vegetable, Chef's choice starch, garden salad with house dressings, dinner rolls, coffee and milk.



Grilled Herb Chicken

A grilled chicken breast covered in roasted garlic and mushroom sauce.


Chicken Cacciatore

A chicken breast baked in an Italian tomato and wine sauce with onions, fresh mushrooms and bell peppers then dusted with shredded parmesan cheese..


Chicken Oscar

A baked seasoned chicken breast topped with steamed asparagus, crab meat and a creamy bearnaise sauce.


Chicken Cordon Bleu

A breaded breast topped with ham, Swiss cheese and a light cream sauce.


Baked Herb Chicken

Two pieces of herb baked chicken.

Chicken Marsala

Sautéed chicken breast in marsala wine sauce, sautéed mushroom and green onions.

Mediterranean Salmon

Sliced tender beef roast cooked in onions,celery and smothered in a rich beef gravy.


Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin

Grilled to perfection and topped with a light demi glace and sauteed onions and mushrooms



Vegetarian Dinner Options

Portobello Mushroom Ravioli

Portobello mushroom stuffed Ravioli baked with mozzarella cheese and tossed in marinara sauce and served with Chef's choice vegetables.


Pasta Primavera

Zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, and mushrooms sautéed in garlic and olive oil. Served over pasta and covered in a garlic cream sauce.


Ratatouille (Vegan friendly)

A stew of eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms, tomato, green pepper, and onion served over a bed of rice pilaf.


Cheese Tortellini

A mix of tomato, spinach, and egg tortellini tossed in alfredo sauce and served with Chef's choice vegetables.


Vegetarian/Gluten Free Stir Fry

A fresh vegetable medley stir fried in a ginger soy sauce and served over rice.

Choose two Meats: Pulled roast pork, fajita steak or chicken, seasoned ground beef or chicken

Choose one side: Roasted corn, Spanish rice or Seasoned beans

Choose one dip: Nacho Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Dip or Chili Con Queso

Served with: tortilla chips, soft shells, crunchy shells, condiments, all the fixings and churros.

Italian Buffet

Choose two Pastas: Fettuccini, Angel Hair, Rotini or Whole Wheat Penne

Choose two Sauces: Marinara, Bolognese, Alfredo, Red Cream or Pesto
